The virtual coaching via Zoom Meeting was designed to replace the in-person training. It is recommended if you want more accountability, guidance and live correction during your training.

Here are the services we offer through Virtual Coaching. If you're not too sure where to start, you can book a free Movement Analysis Session with one of us. There is no commitment and it will give you a great start.


• Duration: 60 minutes

It's just you and the coach you picked. It is recommended if you've never really worked out before, have any injuries or simply you need more guidance.


• Duration: 60 minutes

Our virtual group training program is designed and taught by Mathieu & Sarah. The classes are running every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am (US Eastern Time). On the menu, you will have some mobility, core, strength, endurance and power. Recommended if you have some experience in Group Training and have at least a Kettlebell or Dumbbell and a resistance band.

• Duration: 30 minutes

During this 30 minutes session via Zoom Meetings, we screen your whole body through a series of movements to identify your strengths and weaknesses so we can design the most precise and accurate plan for you.
