HOW IT WORKS

1) Initial Week

  • Our gift to you so you can familiarize yourself with the APP and ask Coach Sarah any questions. 

  • 30min. zoom consultation to jump start your journey.

  • During this week, you'll have a 10-minute DAILY MOBILITY routine to complete. It's designed to increase your mobility, prepare your body for the 60 days and learn how to navigate the APP workouts.

2) Your 60-Day Program

  • Scheduled training sessions and routines each day to stay on track.

  • Meal guide, grocery shopping list, recipes and tracking to begin eating for optimal health & nourishment. 

  • Demonstration videos and instructions for each training sessions. 

3) Accountability 

  • Track your training sessions, meals and habits in the app for accountability.
  • Monthly weigh-ins and progress photos to track your success. 

4) Group Chat Support & Community 

  • In-app chat support with responses within 24 hours.

  • We're ready to answer your questions, give advice and troubleshoot when necessary.

  • Keeping you motivated with the community. 

WHAT OUR COACHES EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Showing up on time for your scheduled 1on1 appointments.

  • 24 hour cancellation notice if you must reschedule your 1on1 appointment.

  • Communicating any issues along the way so we can troubleshoot together.

  • Trusting the process and staying on course to reach your goal.

WHAT NOT TO EXPECT

  • To get results without following the method and program.

  • For us to "hold your hand" as you make your day-to-day choices. You are in the driver seat and we want you to walk away having these skills for life.
