virtual group coaching.

Our virtual group training program is designed and taught by Mathieu & Sarah. The 60-minute classes are running every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am (PST) / 9am (EST). On the menu, you will have some mobility, core, strength, endurance and power. Recommended if you have some experience in Group Training and have at least a Kettlebell or Dumbbell and a resistance band.

1on1 virtual coaching.

It's just you and the coach you picked for 60 minutes via Zoom. It is recommended if you've never really worked out before, have any injuries or simply you need more guidance.

self-care coaching.

We design the solution you need to transform your daily habits from bad to good. By creating custom habits based on your specific physical and mental health needs we keep you accountable.

strength coaching.

We create an adapted training plan regarding your needs, your schedule and the equipment available to you. We give you ALL THE TOOLS you want, you do the work!

nutrition coaching.

We analyze your current nutrition pattern and come up with a solution designed for you. With daily tracking, recipes and guidelines we take the thinking out of eating healthy.
