Our coaches lead your in a discussion about your current lifestyle habits and troubleshoot how you personally can improve.


We work with clients who are serious about improving their daily life, recovering from an injury and want to optimize their health.

This is a very personalized session that provides a high level of lifestyle habit accountability and ends with a personalized plan for you to complete on your own.

HOW IT WORKS

1) Booking an Appointment

  • First, we need insight into your lifestyle and health history. We'll send you an in-depth pre-consultation form for you to fill out and send back to us.

  • After reviewing your form we'll reach out to schedule your consultation. 

2) Your Consultation

  • We'll discuss any obstacles in the way of hitting your goal. 

  • We'll put habits in place that will set you up for success.

  • You and your coach will discuss a strategy to hit your goals and optimize your health.

  • We'll discuss your long term plan and set up a follow up to be sure you're successful. 

WHAT OUR COACHES EXPECT FROM YOU

The way to success is holding yourself to the THRIVE METHOD standards to reach results. This includes:​

  • Showing up on time for your scheduled 1on1 appointments.

  • 24 hour cancellation notice if you must reschedule your 1on1 appointment.

  • Trusting the process and staying on course to reach your goal.

WHAT NOT TO EXPECT

  • To get results without following the method.

  • For us to "hold your hand" as you make your day-to-day choices. You are in the driver seat and we want you to walk away having these skills for life.

  • For this to be a temporary fix and you can stop the method and expect to keep results. We're all about longevity! This is a lifestyle method for life. 

  • A one-size approach. While there are guidelines in place on WHAT to do daily and HOW to prioritize your schedule, we will find the appropriate method for you to improve your mental and physical being.


Your optimal health is our priority, we want you to hit your goals, thrive through your days and acquire healthy lifestyle habits - that is the Thrive Method. If we see that the coaching is no longer beneficial we will not hesitate to terminate the coaching.
