COACH SARAH

Sarah teaches women, specifically postpartum Mamas, how to prioritize & optimize their health to feel strong, confident and athletic again. The transition into our 30’s can be a challenging time to find work, family and health balance.

However, it is an integral time to implement quality nutrition, workouts and stress-relief techniques that we can keep through a lifetime!

Sarah customizes a plan for you to overcome all of the obstacles that get in the way using foundational to athletic training plans, mobility routines, nutrition and lifestyle habit coaching so you can THRIVE.

COACH MATHIEU

Mathieu provides men, specifically former athletes, a solution to improve their mental and physical health so they can feel athletic again!

The transition after retiring from competition can be a little challenging at times; Bad nutrition, injuries, joint pain, lack of time / motivation, kids, stress, depression, the list is overwhelming. 

Mathieu customizes a plan for you to overcome all of the obstacles that get in the way using foundational to athletic training plans, mobility routines, nutrition and lifestyle habit coaching.
