HOW IT WORKS
1) Initial Consultation & 7-DAY TRIAL
First, we need insight into your lifestyle history. We'll send you an in-depth pre-consultation form for you to fill out and send back to us. After reviewing your form, we'll schedule a video consultation.
Then we'll be able to design a plan/strategy for your goals using your lifestyle and preferences as a base. The plan will start with a 7-DAY TRIAL period.
2) Your Plan
Daily habits to get you back on track.
Monthly 1on1 consultation.
Schedule prioritizing tools.
Lifestyle management methods.
Tracking your progress in the app.
3) Monthly 1on1 Consultation
Every 4 weeks we schedule a 30min. video call to see how things are going.
We’ll troubleshoot any issues that have come up.
This sets you up with a strategy for the next 4 weeks so we are constantly progressing toward your goal.
4) Chat Support
Unlimited in-app chat support with responses within 24 hours.
